Galena crystals at their highest luster have made this mine famous! It produced much material in the late 1990s, but relatively few quality pieces still come out today. This brilliantly lustrous piece features stacked spinel twins to 1.4 cm across, exhibit amazing parallel growth as well as displaying splendent, mirror bright faces. Added beauty is in the form of long, slender, colorless quartz crystals, to 2.5 cm in length, which help frame the galena crystals and are underlain by a matrix of massive, white quartz. Very showy and quite beautiful!
