A striking, fine, floater quartz crystal cluster from a classic, old locality. The glassy, transparent, doubly terminated crystals are essentially pristine and have fascinating, layered, clay inclusions. One side of this amazing cluster has the "alligator" quartz look. This piece bears a strong resemblance to the Herkimer quartz "diamonds" of New York, but this old lead mine closed in 1932.
