Highly lustrous, blue-green lathes in parallel-growth and in radiating clusters comprise this fine specimen of solid actinolite. This is very uncommon material from the less well-known Heath Canyon locality in San Bernardino County, California. These lathes look like indicolite tourmalines. They have a near-gemmy quality to them. Ex. Wesley Stark Collection.
