A cluster of wonderful purple fluorite cubes piled on a matrix of massive sphalerite, from the Elmwood Mine. The crystals measure to 1.7 cm; there are contacts only around the periphery. The crystals have fine transparency and pretty, silky faces. You can see some small red sphalerites sprinkled here and there. The matrix is massive sphalerite.
