Two things make this Himalaya tourmie really distinctive. First, as you can see, it is UNUSUALLY gemmy for the Himalaya - from top to bottom. And second - it is DOUBLY-TERMINATED - with a fine flat termination on the bottom as shown, and a really weird termination on top.
