While the type locality for Dioptase is in Kazakhstan, the greatest find of the species was at Tsumeb. This cluster of dioptase crystals is full of emerald green, lustrous crystals, with a comparatively large 1.9 cm crystal as the primary focal point. A nice example from this long-closed locality and famous find!
