First-rate specimen of lovely sky-blue Barytes from the famous Stoneham locality. The Barytes have excellent luster, and are gemmy to translucent. The largest blade is an amazing 6.7 cm long and 1.2 cm thick. The attractive sky-blue color contrasts nicely with the tan Quartz matrix. From early 1980s mining. Ex. Steve Smale Collection.
