The famous Streuberg Quarry of Saxony, Germany is the Type Locality for uranocircite. This old-time specimen features lustrous, canary-yellow plates richly covering the thin plate of quartz. Uranocircite was discovered in 1877. I would not doubt that this piece was acquired by the Philadelphia Academy of Sciences soon thereafter, as the specimen comes with an old label in German.
