A tremendous spessartine specimen from the well-known Aggeneys deposit. The large main crystal is an amazing 2.7 cm, well-formed, and translucent under good light. The deep cinnamon color is exactly what you would expect. The smaller Garnets are about .7 cm in size. gemmier, lustrous, and have a more cherry red color. They complement the main crystal beautifully. Certainly, one of the best Garnets I have seen from this region. It is aesthetic and superb. Ex. Charlie Key.
