A sizeable crystal of amethyst from the Georgia finds that shows why these are considered amongst the best American amethysts ever - the intense, glowing purple color that lights up like a Christmas bulb under good light. The crystal is complete, with a bit of natural contacting on the back side and the back of the top termination where it grew against matrix or another crystal. Ex. Richard Hauck Collection.
