A monster amethyst from Bolivia: as you can see, it is a whole different animal from the common Brazilian material - at its best, as this is an incredibly intense, glowing violet color! Though there IS a bruise at the tip of the largest crystal and tiny wear on another, this is still an incredibly impressive crystal specimen.
