12.9 x 13.4 x 12.4 cm . This is a WHOPPER pseudomorph specimen, and a rare one at that, from the classic Poudrette Quarry at Mont-Ste-Hilaire. It is an IMMENSE pyrrhotite crystal that has been pseudomorphed by sparkly pyrite! Embedded in the middle of the front face is a siderite crystal, and other blocky siderites have grown against one side. This unique and amazing crystal specimen came out of the collection of the Canadian Museum of Nature.
