Sprays of pearlescent, gray-white, acicular to bladed elpidite crystals richly cover all sides of the vuggy matrix on this very fine specimen from the prolific Mt. St. Hilaire locality. Elpidite is a relatively rare hydrated sodium zirconium silicate and this is a really good and rich one. Ex. Martin Lewadny Collection.
