Moderately lustrous, rust-brown hematite "iron roses" cover the top and both sides of this sculptural specimen from recent finds at the Lechang Mine of China. The cluster of water-clear quartz needles on one side is a very nice accent, even with a couple of broken crystals. Very highly representative combination material from this locale.
