Clustered on a matrix of solid alkali-rich beryl are a number of sharp tabular, lustrous and translucent, sky blue alkali-rich beryl crystals, to 1.8 cm across. The largest crystal is also doubly terminated. The matrix is a bit jumbly, but this is overall a very rich specimen with a lot of crystals for the price, of this rare varietal. These were originally thought to be Rosterite or Vorobyevite, but further analysis by Dr. Federico Pezzotta confirmed they are alkali-rich beryls.
