Very good, large, monoclinic, prismatic crystals from this, or any, locality! Dark brown, well-formed, crystals of gadolinite-(Y) in granite pegmatite (?) matrix with large sheets of biotite on the reverse. We're assuming this is gadolinite-(Y) given the locality. Gadolinite-(Y) is an uncommon yttrium iron beryllium silicate. A rare large matrix specimen, certainly of old pedigree.
