This is a very uncommon old Italian combination specimen from the Piedmont area. On both sides of this thin matrix are rhombs of magnesite, and opaque, tan-colored crystals of dolomite as well. Dominating the center of the specimen are slender, transparent crystals of quartz. Ex. Elling Collection.
