A stunning, 9.0 cm, lustrous, brassy, compound pyrrhotite crystal beautifully and aesthetically rests amongst milky quartz needles on this outstanding large cabinet specimen from the Nikolaevskiy Mine at Dalnegorsk. A couple of smaller pyrrhotite crystals are a nice accent. The accompanying label from a Russian dealer indicates that the piece was mined in 1992, during the height of material coming from Dal'negorsk.
