An old-time cabinet specimen of nearly solid, pyromorphite from the famous Proprietary Mine at Broken Hill. The surface is covered with at least three crystal forms of pyromorphite: cauliflower-like clusters of prisms predominate; plumose sprays of tapered prisms are attractively set on a couple of corners; and several areas have unusual curtain-like, hollow pyromorphite crystals. Ex. Dr. Mark Feinglos Collection.
