Most of the clinozoisites you see around these days are from recent finds in Pakistan. This one, as you can tell by its form, is NOT one of these, but an old-timer from MEXICO, out of the noted California collection of Charles Hansen. It has natural etching around its sides, and a sharp, lustrous, chisel termination.
