Tell me, could there be a finer specimen of an old Fort Wayne fluorite? The aesthetics on this killer are just overwhelming. First off, the 3.5-cm fluorite crystal is a golden, gemmy, glowing jewel. But more than that, look how it is perched on this thin stalk of matrix, showing it off from all sides. There's a smaller accenting crystal just below the large one. Virtually microscopic wear on a couple of edges doesn't detract at all. You NEVER see these - I grew up in the midwest and even in the collections in Ohio and Indiana that I knew of, I never saw but one other of this quality. WOW! 8 x 4.5 x 3 cm
