This is a superb, unusually sharp ruby crystal of a size we rarely see in good form, much less being on matrix. The piece is 2.5 inches tall overall and 2 inches wide. the ruby is blood red! there is a single crystal and a heartshaped twin! the twin is about 1.25 inches! this is majestic, and incredible for a specimen ruby at a mortal price range. Not only is it translucent, its gemmy in places...and its got CRYSTAL FORM here, not just a lump of color as are so many.
