An impressive, large, compound quartz crystal from Hot Springs, Arkansas and the Sinotte Collection. The termination is razor-sharp, water-clear and is complete-all-around. The lower part of the crystal is transparent to translucent. Most Arkansas quartz crystals are elongate prisms. This is an excellent example of the far less common more blocky type of quartz crystal.
