This is a truly unique, beautiful conjoined set of Tourmaline crystals from Shigar Valley. The luster is excellent, and the color grades from a forest green near the terminations to a pistachio green for the majority of the crystals. We have never seen another quite like this one, that Herb Obodda carried out and kept in his own collection for over a decade. The Tourmaline is translucent throughout and partly gemmy/transparent in portions. It is complete all around. The overall aesthetics are very good, color aside, as I think you can tell from the photos. Nevertheless, it is more saturated in color, and better, in person.
