A huge elongated and modified, rose-red rhodochrosite scalenohedron preferentially coated with sparkly quartz microcrystals from the famous Santa Eulalia District of Mexico. This is an exceptionally long rhodochrosite varietal from this well-known locality and quartz over-coating is not that common. Ex. Dave Stoudt Collection.
