This was a single large crystal of gemmy tourmaline that experiences stresses in the pocket, causing breakage in the pocket that resulted in one part of the crystal only continuing upwards with a change to GREEN color from the original pink; so now, you have this wonderful bi-colored specimen! One part of the shorter section of the crystal has a healed termination, and the other part appears to be broken off from extraction. The top termination, the green one, is complete. Weighs 26 grams.
