A large and rich specimen of prehnite from the Austrian Alps. Some of the prehnite here is in the form of flat, sheety casts after the euhedral matrix they formed on that has been etched away, and in other areas as clusters of the typical sheaf-like forms. The color is a very light sea-foam green. Ex. Wein Collection.
