A superb, classic, old-time, light brown pyromorphite specimen from the Friedrichssegen Mine of Germany. Two generations of lustrous, "wet-look" pyromorphite comprise this very showy, 3-dimensional, two-sided piece. Columnar prisms are capped by cauliflower-like or botryoidal pyromorphite forming club-shaped crystal clusters. This very famous mine closed in 1913, so this fine piece is probably over 100 years old. Ex. John Ydren Collection.
