The Erongo mountains turned out some very nice aquamarines and schorls in the past few years - sometimes in combination. This is a specimen of two inter-grown, large schorl crystals, terminated, with subtle natural tiers and pockmarks on the terminations. The side faces are very glassy, with staggered peaks. There is natural etching in places on the side faces as well. Quite interesting and aesthetic!
