A specimen of INCREDIBLY hard-to-obtain fluorapatite from one of the classic old localities in Maine! Amongst smaller accenting crystals is a 1.3-cm, hexagonal crystal of fine luster and color, standing on edge. There is a bit of roughness on one of the side faces that does not detract. These are considered one of the great prizes amongst classic American specimens these days. Purchased by a local Dallas colelctor at the Desert Inn, back in 1988 4.5 x 3.6 x 3.1 cm
