This specimen is from an old stash from an unusual pocket where the sphalerite had a stunningly colorful iridescence to it. Both the sphalerite and fluorite are complete (flat matrix contact on back of specimen) - the sphalerite has dozens of microfaces on it. What is interesting is that there are also some sharp euhedral isolated crystals of sphalerite elsewhere on the matrix, and they too are highly iridescent.
