A huge, sharp, euhedral cerium monazite crystal from a classic Norwegian locality, Rade, Ostfold. This is old-time material and is extremely well-crystallized for the size and species. This fine piece is complete all-around is very lightly contacted on only one side. Monazite is a rare earth phosphate. Ex. Carl Davis Collection.
