Twinned, splendent, brassy yellow chalcopyrite crystals, to 3 cm in length, are emplaced on crystallized, lustrous, resinous brown sphalerite crystals to 7 mm across. As an added bonus, there is a cluster of acicular, colorless quartz crystals, to 8 mm in length, on the back of a chalcopyrite crystal. This is just a really aesthetic and pretty example of a very classic combination of species that came out of this mine in the 1990s.
