An impressive cabinet plate richly covered with beautiful, gemmy, lustrous and striated, cinnamon-colored grossular garnets from the Jeffrey Mine of Quebec. Crystals reach 9 mm on this rather large display piece. This is a highly representative large garnet specimen from this historic locale. Ex. Saller Collection of Germany.
