This is a really fine representative specimen from a find about 4 years ago in China of two generations of fluorite of different colors, growing atop one another. Underneath are nearly colorless octahedra with a hint of purple. On top is the later generation of glowing green fluorite; here, a large octahedron measuring 5 cm along the edge, with beautiful form.
