These sharp octahedrons of fluorite embedded in stark white quartz caused a big stir when they came out. The ones you see still coming onto the market are from old stocks, some of which are still being prepped (and painstaking task involving HF acid) - the mining is long over now. This plate has crystals measuring to over 3 cm on edge, translucent green with hints of purple.
