When one hears the name 'Golconda', what universally comes to mind are the famous Tourmalines with pink prisms and green terminations. This gemmy and lustrous thumbnail fits the image in every respect. It is CLASSIC for this old find from the mid-1900s (the early 1960s if I recall offhand?) In any case it is a very fine, competition-worthy Tourmaline from this famous mine where we see almost no survivors on the market today. 5.3 grams.
