Here is a superb actinolite crystal. You almost never see this amphibole group mineral in good crystals for the collector, and here we even have a doubly terminated crystal aesthetically encrusted with sharp, off-white, dolomite rhombs on both sides. This is a nearly pristine, highly lustrous, deep-green, beautifully-striated crystal. Well-known Namibian dealer and collector Charlie Key valued these highly, because of their notability for the species and also for Namibia. A very elegant specimen. Ex. Wesley Stark Collection.
