This is a dramatic and imposing Cerussite specimen that is as lustrous and gemmy as you could want a Cerussite to be, with truly adamantine luster. This half-sixling is 5 cm across and an even more amazing 3.8 cm thick! The luster is absolutely glassy, and it is gemmy throughout, with internal crazing to create even more dispersion and sparkle. Attached to the main crystal are two gemmy single Cerussites that are 2.9 cm and 2.8 cm tall, respectively, with the same superb luster. This is far better in person, due to the difficulty to photograph the subtlleties and clarity of such a reflective surface. The pics cannot do it justice, though we tried!
