A CLASSIC and OLD-TIME CABINET specimen of solid pyromorphite from the famous Bad Ems District of Germany. This fine piece consists of zoned pyromorphite crystals. Most of the specimen consists of gemmy and lustrous, smaller, acicular, chocolate-brown crystals. The pocket chemistry changed, as the crystal color turned to lighter-brown, gemmy and larger crystals. The piece does have scattered damage, but remains as a HIGHLY REPRESENTATIVE specimen of the species and locality. Ex Richard Hauck Collection. 10.4 x 8.2 x 6.0 cm
