Typically the Magnetite specimens from this locality are closely grown together, and this is a great example of said material. The piece has excellent quality, good size, razor sharp, highly lustrous, black, metallic, "Alpine-type" octahedra (some are twinned) on matrix. The largest Magnetite crystal measures 1.5 cm across, which is good size for the locality.
