An unusual California locality piece! Rich coatings of flat-lying, highly lustrous Cinnabar needles on matrix. The slender crystals, which reach up to 1.4 cm in length, have a vivid raspberry color and outstanding adamantine luster. There must be hundreds of Cinnabar crystals, in various clusters on the matrix. For the location, this is a terrific, and rather aesthetic, specimen.
