Copper induces strong color in adamite in the right conditions, and the ancient Greek mines are famous for this occurrence. This specimen is perhaps my favorite of the miniatures from a small March 2020 pocket of the best color and luster. This is richly covered and has a very bright color, not quite as dark as others here and as bigger pieces tended to be. It is simply "pretty" and each side looks very different (one sparsely covered and one thickly coated with a drapery of intergrown adamite crystals).
