A superb example of this very rare witherite find, probably from the 1940s or even earlier. This cluster of roseate crystals is among the best I have seen for the locality and frankly, many people think these rare Arkansas witherites to be the best of species as they are much more sharply crystallized than most Illinois or English examples....and just as hard if not harder to obtain. 7.1 x 6.4 x 3.1 cm
