An amazing specimen featuring a stalactitic apophyllite "branch" with incredibly bright and gemmy apophyllite crystals to 3 cm that grew on its surface in a later stage of growth. As pictured, the stalactite is actually upside-down from how it grew; it was two stalactites that eventually met and grew together, and the attachments are at the end of each arm of the branch (the point of the arch is where they met, and it is crowned with the biggest and finest of the gemmy apophyllites, as well as a doubly-terminated stilbite bowtie!). 13.2 x 8.8 x 4.2 cm
