Azurite Replacing Fluorite, With Malachite

This is from a small, strange pocket found in early 2010 that shows azurite casting over and replacing cubic fluorite crystals. I have seen fluorites from here of course, as have we all, but not so much in the way of copper minerals like azurite of any quality - and together, I cannot recall such a piece. From any locality, this is just a weird association, period! The large fluorite crystal atop is about 1.25 cm across and other smaller ones are also present. The luster and brightness and COLOR of the piece is beautiful in and of its own. It sparkles, very nicely
