Sakoany celestines are considered to be amongst the finest in the world and this piece is highly representative of the species and locality. Two vugs in the 3-dimensional matrix are totally lined with gemmy and lustrous, light steel-blue celestine crystals with less common pyramidal or highly modified chisel terminations.
