Very much resembling a crystal of golden beryl, but much rarer, is a glassy and gemmy, golden jeremejevite crystal. This crystal is thicker and gemmier than the purple-blue crystals from Namibia, but much rarer. This is a superb crystal, very large for Mogok for the species, and also exceptionally gemmy and colorful as far as they go. The back side of the termination has minor damage as shown head-on, but this can't be seen from the display side. The mass is 3 grams. From the Burma collection of "Burma Bill" Larson, who has for decades brought out gems and then minerals as this region opened up to the trade in specimens.
