For all the great things from Tsumeb, quartz is rarely one of them. This specimen has etched quartz crystals to over one inch resting on a metallic matrix. There are also some tiny yellow crystals on the quartz, which, at this point are unknown as to composition and name. Ex. Willy Israel Collection.
