Description
This cluster of smoky quartz crystals from the high alpine veins is lustrous and totally transparent. The longest crystal measures 9.0 cm in length. Minor termination damage is present on the back side of the display faces, therefore, not really affecting the aesthetics or display face of the specimen. Because I do not have an honest exact locality, it has come way down in price. I have seen comparable specimens at far higher prices at the Munich show, as the strahlers are justifiably proud of their death-defying acquisitions! This on e presents extremely well, is imposing for color, size, and overall quality, and won't break the bank.
